Econometrica was chosen by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Financial Management Division to create a public housing agency pension and other post-employment benefits (OPEB) guidebook and PowerPoint presentation. The products developed as part of this technical assistance will be used as an educational tool for the governing body (board members) and senior housing authority staff in the use of pension and OPEB financial management best practices methodologies.
