The Guardians of Honor team, including Econometrica, provides administrative and technical support for the objective review of grant applications and to support the grants management life cycle for each awarded activity. There are two primary tasks on this contract, both of which Econometrica supports: Task 1. Merit Review and Task 2. Grants Management Support.
