The Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) National Coordinating Oversight & Review Center (NCORC) conducts day-to-day activities to monitor, audit, and evaluate the performance of BFCC Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs). Activities completed under the BFCC NCORC contract will assist the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in its evaluation of BFCC-QIOs and provide an assessment of impacts, outcomes, and effects of the interventions associated with the program. The assessment and evaluation of QIO performance completed on this contract will generate data necessary for NCORC to provide recommendations for improvements to the existing BFCC-QIO program.
