HUD Releases Econometrica Interim Report on RAD Evaluation

HUD Releases Econometrica Interim Report on RAD Evaluation

HUD announced the publication of an interim report by Econometrica that evaluates how the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) is performing. This report provides evidence that the program is on track to accomplish its primary goal of attracting substantial new capital to stabilize the physical and financial condition of public housing properties. This new capital will significantly improve housing conditions for low-income residents.

All of the materials connected with the evaluation, including a summary, press release, and state and public housing authority (PHA) summary tables, are available at the following HUD Web site: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/RAD/program-details.
