The materials developed for HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing include a guidebook, factsheets, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, webinars, and a digital resource library. Most of these materials are now available on HUD’s website: https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/public_indian_housing/programs/ph/phecc/smokefree. Econometrica is currently finalizing a methodology to evaluate the experiences of PHAs implementing their smoke-free policies.
