Our staff members and business associates comprise a diverse mix of personnel, including former government employees with decades of experience in housing and community development program administration, academic researchers from distinguished universities, and highly skilled and flexible housing professionals with hands-on experience in housing management and financing, grants monitoring and support, and development of programs and projects to improve communities.

We are dedicated to supporting our clients in their diverse missions to expand and improve affordable housing, promote homeownership opportunities, stimulate community transformation, support disaster recovery, comply with reporting requirements, and enhance program performance.

Work Descriptions

Econometrica has more than a decade of experience working on Federal housing and community development programs for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Economic Development Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

In addition, Econometrica has provided support to State and local governments—including public housing authorities, economic development agencies, and Indian tribes—with strategic planning, housing needs assessments, performance improvement, turnaround management, and program compliance.

For HUD we have a number of ongoing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts, cooperative agreements, and other contracts. Some of our work includes:

  • Technical assistance and capacity building to public housing authorities, communities, and Native American tribes.
  • Program evaluations.
  • Housing needs assessments.
  • Data collection.

  • Data sampling, validation, and analytics.

Econometrica, Inc., is a research and management firm contracted by NeighborWorks® America to support the award process of Project Reinvest, a series of three grant programs funded by the U.S. Department of Justice settlement with Bank of America to provide housing counseling, neighborhood stabilization, foreclosure prevention, or similar programs.
