The HCD team is interested in expanding its consultant and subcontractor cadre to include individuals or partner firms with expertise in the following areas: disaster resiliency planning, disaster recovery funds management and program administration; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rural housing and economic development programs; Federal Housing Administration single-family housing policy, asset management, and marketing services; and local workforce development initiatives. 

We are also interested in expanding our capacity to respond to opportunities issued by the federal agencies that comprise the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, requesting analytic, evaluation, or direct program management support for homelessness prevention programs and/or assistance to Continuum of Care service providers and other entities that support homeless populations or individuals at risk of experiencing homelessness.  Interested parties can contact Magdalene Skretta directly or by submitting a resume and letter of interest with a short summary of relevant qualifications to HCDAdmin@EconometricaInc.com.
